Set the "Chain" to "input".
Select "Protocol" as "TCP".
Set the "Dst. Port" to "1723".
Click on the "Action" tab. Select "Dst. Nat", and enter the "to addresses" as your WAN IP address.
Click "OK" to save the new rule.
Lastly, click on the "Action" tab and select "Accept" to save the Firewall configuration.

Connecting to the VPN server:

On your computer, click on the "Network" icon from the system tray and select "Network and Sharing Center" from the context menu.

Type in the WAN IP address of your router in the "Internet address" field.
Enter your VPN username and password in the corresponding fields.
